Welcome to the JETC 2021 conference web app

Before using the app, please log in:

  1. Click on "User login" in the upper right corner of the page and type your e-mail used earlier for registration / abstract submission.
  2. A password will be sent to your mailbox. Paste the password to the box and click on "Login".
  3. Please save the password for future visits.

After logging in to the app, you can:

  • watch the online sessions – click on "EVENT LIVE"
  • chair your session or give your presentation online – click on "MY REMOTE PARTICIPATION"
  • view the posters – click on "POSTERS"
  • discuss with the speakers & poster presenters in dedicated time slots – click on "VIRTUAL FOYER"
  • meet your colleagues and friends face-to-face in the networking area – click on "VIRTUAL FOYER"
  • manage your profile including your bio and social media – click on your name and "Personal page" in the upper right corner
  • watch the presentations and discussions in on-demand mode until September 15.

If you are a speaker or chair:

  • please perform the system test of your internet connection, web browser, and peripherals – click on "SPEAKERS READY ROOM"
  • please upload your slides at least 24 hours before your talk (screen sharing will not be possible) – click on your name in the upper right corner, then on "Personal page", and finally on "Upload presentation" (in the left menu)
  • please read the detailed instructions.
